Ultra moist walnut cake

Instructions :

First, preheat the oven to 180°C and grease a cake tin with butter. Then roughly chop the hazelnuts.
Beat the eggs and sugar in a bowl until frothy, then add the milk and mix well.
Add the flour, baking powder, and salt, and mix everything together until you have a smooth batter. Stir in the chopped hazelnuts.
Pour the batter into the prepared pan and bake for approximately 30 to 40 minutes, until a toothpick inserted into the center comes out clean.
Remove the cake from the oven and let it cool before serving.

Chocolate & Hazelnut : Add 100g of chocolate chips for an even more indulgent version.
Caramelized hazelnuts : Mix the hazelnuts with a tablespoon of sugar before adding them to the dough for a crunchy touch.
Lactose-free version  : Replace the milk with almond or hazelnut milk.
Gourmet icing : Cover the cake with a chocolate icing or a drizzle of caramel for an even more delicious finish.
