Ingredients

  • 1 lb (450 g) ground beef
  • 1 small onion, diced
  • 1 cup beef broth
  • 2 tbsp flour
  • 2 tbsp butter
  • Salt & pepper, to taste
  • 4–5 potatoes (for mash)
  • ½ cup milk + 2 tbsp butter (for mash)
