Clove tea: simple, quick, effective
Making clove tea is child’s play. You need one tablespoon of cloves for one liter of water. Bring it to a boil, simmer for ten minutes, then remove from heat. Let it cool slightly, strain, and enjoy—a maximum of three cups a day. It’s mild, slightly spicy, and truly comforting on tired evenings.
Clove oil: the homemade treatment to adopt
Do you have brittle nails or recurring minor fungal infections? Clove oil could become your new beauty ritual. Mix 30 grams of cloves with 200 ml of olive oil, heat in a double boiler for one hour, let it cool, strain, and store in a clean bottle. A few drops are enough on the affected areas.
Please note, some precautions are necessary.
Clove is not recommended for pregnant or breastfeeding women, children under 6 years old, or people suffering from gastrointestinal or neurological disorders. If in doubt, it’s always best to consult your doctor or pharmacist.
This little spice, which smelled like grandmother’s cooking, certainly deserved to finally be honored.
