Ingredients

Base

250 g plain biscuits (tea biscuits / petit beurre)

120 g melted butter

Custard Cream Filling

1 liter milk

3/4 cup sugar

4 eggs

1/2 cup cornstarch

2 tsp vanilla extract

50 g butter

Top Layer

200 ml heavy cream (whipping cream)

2 tbsp powdered sugar

Powdered sugar for dusting
