Step 1: Whip the Butter: Place the two sticks of softened unsalted butter in a large mixing bowl. Using an electric mixer on medium speed, beat the butter until it reaches a creamy consistency.
Step 2: Add the Powdered Sugar: Gradually add the 1 cup of powdered sugar to the whipped butter, mixing on low speed until it is fully incorporated.
Step 3: Incorporate Honey and Cinnamon: Pour in 1 cup of honey and 2 teaspoons of ground cinnamon. Continue to mix on medium speed until all ingredients are fully combined and the mixture is smooth.
Step 4: Final Whip & Storage: Scrape down the sides of the bowl with a spatula and give the mixture one final whip. Transfer the finished Cinnamon Honey Butter to a storage container. It can be stored in the refrigerator or left at room temperature for easier spreading.
