Add the flour directly to the pan. Mix thoroughly with the butter and vegetables to obtain a homogeneous dough.
Continue cooking for about 2 minutes, stirring constantly, to remove the taste of raw flour.

3️Incorporate milk
In another saucepan, heat the milk over medium heat until it is warm (without boiling it).
Pour it gradually into the butter-flour mixture, while whisking to avoid lumps.
Continue to cook over medium heat until the soup thickens and becomes smooth.
