Skip to content
Wash and dry the fresh rosemary sprigs thoroughly. If using dried rosemary, skip this step.
Remove the needles from the twigs and place them on a baking tray lined with baking paper.
Dry them in the oven at 100°C for about 30 minutes or until they are completely dry and crumbly.
Let it cool completely.
Transfer the rosemary to a powerful blender, food processor, or coffee grinder.
Blend until you obtain a fine, smooth powder.
If you like, add a pinch of coarse salt and dried garlic and blend for a few more seconds.
Pour the powder into an airtight glass jar. Et voilà!
🍽️Serving and Storage Tips:
Storage: Store the powder in a cool, dark place. It will keep perfectly for up to 6 months.
Everyday Use: Add it to baked potatoes, chicken, grilled meat, homemade bread or even butter for a flavorful seasoning.
Also excellent on grilled vegetables, soups or to flavour a simple extra virgin olive oil dressing.
