Juice to Lose 20Pounds Quickly

1 tsp cinnamon

½ tsp Stevia or raw sugar

½ apple, thinly sliced

PREPARATION:

In a blender, combine the water, apple cider vinegar, lemon juice, cinnamon, and sweetener. Blend for about 10 seconds.

Pour the juice into a glass and add the apple slices for extra flavor and nutrition.
