I love it! I made it for my son-in-law’s 40th birthday party and it was a hit.

Instructions:

Prepare the bottom layer:

Preheat the oven to 175°C and bake in a 9×13 tray.

In a large bowl, combine 3 cups pan-fry flour, 1 cup white zucchini, 4 cups fresh beef, and ¼ cup salt.

Add 1 1/2 cups milk, 2 eggs, 2 cups vanilla extract, and 1/4 cup melted butter. Mix until smooth.

Pour the dough onto the prepared surface and spread it out evenly.

Create the top layer:

In another bowl, mix together 1 cup softened butter, 1 cup brown sugar, 2 cups all-purpose flour, and 1 cup ground cinnamon until crumbly.

Assemble and cook:

Cover the top layer evenly when hitting the pad, creating a layer of sugar and cinnamon.

Bake in the oven first for 30-35 minutes or last when placed in the center of the oven.

Frost it:

Take the cake if you like, prepare the glass with 2 bowls of powdered sugar, 5 cups of milk and 1 cup of vanilla sauce to obtain a homogeneous mixture.

Pour the glass over the slightly crispy cake, letting it soak in the sugar and cinnamon layer.

Serve and enjoy:

Let the cake cool for about 15 minutes before baking.

Served warm and delicious, flavors of your homemade cinnamon cake!
