šŸŒ¶ļø Homemade Fresh Salsa (Jar Style)

Wash all vegetables thoroughly.

Finely chop the tomatoes, onion, chilies, and garlic.

Add everything to a bowl.

Mix in cilantro, olive oil, vinegar (or lemon juice), salt, and spices.

Stir very well until fully combined.

Transfer to a clean glass jar.

Let it rest in the refrigerator for at least 1 hour before using (better flavor).
