Garlic Honey (Traditional Recipe)
Peel the garlic cloves and gently crush them to release their juices.
Place the garlic into a clean glass jar.
Pour honey over the garlic until fully covered.
Stir with a clean spoon to remove air bubbles.
Close the jar loosely (do not seal tightly at first).
Let it sit at room temperature for 3–5 days, stirring once daily.
After fermentation starts (small bubbles are normal), seal the jar and store in the refrigerator.
