Garlic Butter Steak & Potatoes Skillet

  1. Cook the potatoes

    • Heat olive oil in a large skillet.
    • Add potatoes, season with salt & pepper, and cook until golden and tender (12–15 min). Remove & set aside.
  2. Sear the steak

    • In the same skillet, add butter and garlic.
    • Toss in steak strips, season, and sear until browned (about 3–5 min, depending on thickness).
  3. Combine & finish

    • Return potatoes to the skillet.
    • Add herbs and chili flakes. Toss everything in the garlic butter sauce.
  4. Serve hot

    • Garnish with parsley and enjoy straight from the skillet!
