Cook the potatoes

Heat olive oil in a large skillet.

Add potatoes, season with salt & pepper, and cook until golden and tender (12–15 min). Remove & set aside.

Sear the steak

In the same skillet, add butter and garlic.

Toss in steak strips, season, and sear until browned (about 3–5 min, depending on thickness).

Combine & finish
-
Return potatoes to the skillet.

Add herbs and chili flakes. Toss everything in the garlic butter sauce.

Serve hot

Garnish with parsley and enjoy straight from the skillet!
