Fresh Beet Detox Juice (Detailed Recipe)

Step 1: Prepare the Beets

Wash the beets thoroughly. Peel the skin using a vegetable peeler. Cut them into small cubes to make blending easier.

Step 2: Prepare the Other Ingredients

Core and chop the apple (no need to peel unless preferred).

Peel and slice the carrot.

Peel the ginger and cut into small pieces.
