Delicious Brown Sugar Chops

  1. Season & Prep: Pat pork chops dry, season with salt & pepper.

  2. Cook Chops: Sear chops in a skillet over medium heat until browned on both sides (about 4-5 min per side).

  3. Add Flavor: Lower heat, add butter & brown sugar. Let it melt and coat chops, turning them to glaze evenly.

  4. Finish: Cook until chops reach 145°F (63°C).
