Preheat the Oven: Preheat your oven to 425°F (220°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper or a silicone mat for easy cleanup.
Prepare the Cauliflower: Wash and cut the cauliflower into bite-sized florets. Dry them thoroughly with a paper towel to help them crisp up during roasting.
Season the Cauliflower: In a large bowl, toss the cauliflower florets with olive oil, garlic powder, smoked paprika, cumin (if using), salt, and pepper. Ensure the cauliflower is evenly coated in the seasoning.
Roast the Cauliflower: Spread the seasoned cauliflower in a single layer on the prepared baking sheet. Roast in the preheated oven for 25-30 minutes, flipping halfway through, until the cauliflower is golden brown and crispy around the edges.
Optional Parmesan: If you’d like to add extra crispiness and flavor, sprinkle grated Parmesan cheese over the cauliflower about 5 minutes before it’s done roasting.
Serve: Remove from the oven and garnish with fresh chopped parsley.
