Crispy Chicken Wrap

  1. Prepare chicken

    • Season strips with salt, pepper, paprika, and garlic powder.

    • Coat chicken in flour → dip in beaten egg → coat with breadcrumbs.

  2. Cook chicken

    • Fry in hot oil until golden and crispy (about 5 minutes), or bake at 200°C (390°F) for 20 minutes, flipping halfway.

  3. Assemble wrap

    • Warm tortillas slightly.

    • Spread mayonnaise or ranch down the middle.

    • Add lettuce, tomato, and onion slices.

    • Place crispy chicken strips on top.

  4. Wrap & serve

    • Roll tightly, cut in half, and enjoy!
