Clove Tea Recipe (Easy & Natural)

Add the water to a small pot and bring it to a boil.

Add the cloves (and ginger if using).

Lower the heat and let it simmer for 8–10 minutes.

Turn off the heat and strain into a cup.

Add honey or lemon if desired.

Drink warm.

How to Use

Drink 1 cup per day, preferably in the morning or evening

Do not exceed 1–2 cups daily

Important Notes

Avoid excessive use (cloves are strong)

Not recommended for pregnant women or people with stomach ulcers

If on medication, use moderately
