Banana Blueberry Avocado Smoothie Recipe

Ingredients:

1 cup blueberries (fresh or frozen)

1 medium ripe banana

½ ripe avocado

1 cup milk (dairy or plant-based: almond, oat, soy, etc.)

½ cup yogurt (optional, for extra creaminess)

1–2 tsp honey or maple syrup (optional, for sweetness)

A few ice cubes (if you want it extra cold & thick)
