1/4 cup water
1/2 tsp vanilla extract
1/4 tsp salt
1/2 cup powdered sugar
1/2 cup unsweetened shredded coconut
1/2 cup jelly (fruit-flavored, like raspberry or strawberry)
1/4 cup chopped nuts (optional)
