The arrival of a new inmate at the women’s prison has aroused the curiosity of almost everyone.

She was an imposing woman: nearly two meters tall, with a massive build and extraordinary strength. It was said that a single blow from her was enough to knock anyone unconscious.
Over the years, the lives of many inmates had turned into a living hell.
Some were washing clothes.

For several days the new inmate went completely unnoticed by her.
But everything changed at lunchtime.
The dining room was almost full. The inmates sat at the long metal tables, conversing in low voices.
The newcomer ate alone, sitting in a corner, in complete tranquility.
It was then that Vanessa noticed her.
He watched her for a few seconds from across the dining room. Then, with an arrogant smile, he slowly walked toward his table.
Conversations began to die down.

Some even stopped eating.
When Vanessa chose a new victim, no one expected a happy ending.
Arriving at the table, his gaze fell on the girl’s tray.
—Hey… give me your food.
The young woman looked up with absolute serenity.
—This is my lunch. If you’re hungry, find your own.
The inmates exchanged looks of disbelief very frequently.
They had never heard anyone respond to Vanessa like that.
But the stranger remained completely calm.
Vanessa closed her eyes.
—I’m still hungry. Give it to me. You can survive a day without food.

The answer was firm and calm.
Fearless.
As if the most dangerous woman in the entire prison wasn’t right in front of her.
For a few moments the dining room was plunged into absolute silence.
